It’s Maryland in a bite! We use premium lean beef seasoned with classic J.O. Spice and just a touch of brown sugar to perfectly balance out the savory sea salt. It's clean, high-protein fuel made without the lab-made BS.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our jerky is good for 18 months from the moment's it made —though we're pretty sure you'll devour it long before then!
Why do you do small batches at a time?
To put it simply: taste and quality. Making jerky in small batches is much more labor-intensive, but it allows us to oversee the process from start to finish. It's the only way to ensure that every single bag delivers the freshest, most delicious premium experience our customers have come to expect.
