Perishable Product Policy

Because jerky is a perishable food item, we cannot accept physical returns. However, we do offer replacements or refunds when appropriate.


Refunds & Replacements

We will happily replace or refund products that arrive:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect (wrong flavor, size, or quantity)

  • Defective or compromised (packaging issues, spoilage, etc.)

To process your claim, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  1. Your order number

  2. A description of the issue

  3. Photos showing the damage or problem (if applicable)
