Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders over $70 qualify for free shipping, while orders under $70 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, but we’re working on it! Sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on when international shipping becomes available.

Do I need to be home when my order is delivered?

All orders are defaulted to "Authorized to Leave" at delivery. If security is a concern, we recommend having your order sent to an attended address to ensure safe receipt.

How long does shipping take? Can I track my order?

We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.
Note: Shipping times are estimates, so please order ahead of time for time-sensitive needs.

What’s your return and refund policy?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for personal taste preferences, but we value your feedback—send it our way at info@gilbertsjerky.com

What is the shelf life of your products?

Our jerky is good for 18 months from the moment's it made—though we’re pretty sure you’ll devour it long before then!

Can I find your jerky in stores?

Right now, we’re selling online and at local markets. Retail availability is on our horizon, so stay tuned for updates via our website, social media, and newsletter.

Are your products gluten-free?

Our current flavors are not gluten-free, but we’re actively testing new recipes that will be. Join our newsletter to be the first to know when gluten-free options are available!
